Dearest Beth, I am so sad to learn of Vern's death and am grateful it was from you that I heard. Although we only had a couple of times to visit, I remember them fondly. Vern was always so welcoming and understood yours and my connection and gave us space to ramble on about "the old days." He seemed to take as much pleasure in those conversations as we did! Blessings to you. I hold you near and dear in my heart and will say special prayers of comfort for you. Love always, Heather
