Colin M. Forsyth

Colin M. Forsyth 92 of Cummaquid, MA died peacefully at home Sunday October 29, 2017, after a short illness.

He was the husband of the late Agnes E. (Norville) Forsyth, who died in 2015. They had been married for 65 years.

Born in Trenton, NJ, Colin was the son of the late Frank and Marie (Hensch) Forsyth. After high school Colin worked at Eastern Aircraft before joining the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and did aircraft maintenance before being honorably discharged. He was a longtime resident of Ewing Township, NJ, where he worked for General Motors until his retirement.

Colin was a devoted family man, and a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Trenton, NJ, where he served as a deacon for a period of time.

He is survived by his sister, Ann Schurter; his daughter in-law, Edith S. Kaselis; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a son, Colin E. Forsyth; two brothers, Frank Jr. and Ben Forsyth; and one sister, Colena Olynyk.

Funeral services will be private.
