Ann M. (O'Neill) McIntosh

Ann M. (O’Neill) McIntosh 80 of West Yarmouth, and formerly of Mission Hill, died March 21, 2019.

Born in Boston, Ann worked as the Office Administrator for Harvard Medical School for 38 years.

Ann is survived by her loving daughters, Susan Fallon and her husband, Mark of Mill Creek, WA, and Linda Dean and her husband, Charles of Middleboro;  her beloved sisters Mary O’Neill-Crowley and her husband, Bill of Ponce Inlet, FL, and Geraldine DeJoie and her husband, Paul of South Yarmouth;  and her six beautiful grandchildren, Frank, Kelly, Jackie, Nick, Chris, and Ryan.  Loving aunt to several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents, Timothy and Catherine (McFall) O'Neill, and her daughter, Diane McIntosh Arabia.

Ann's family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Broad Reach Hospice and Bayada Home Care for their compassionate care and support.  To her private healthcare givers Lynda, Kristina and Tara for their thoughful and timeless care and friendship.  Also, a sincere thank you is exended to Ann's Maplewood at Mayflower Place family, for the memories and cherished friendships.  

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday March 26 in Saint Pius X Church, Station Ave., South Yarmouth.

Interment will follow in Chandler Gray Cemetery, 161 Old Mill Way, West Yarmouth.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. prior to Mass in the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the MSPCA, 1577 Falmouth Rd.

I'm truly sorry to hear of your loss. Please accept our condolences and may our prayers help comfort each of you. I'll remember Ann in many positive ways … always with a big smile, a great sense of humor and she always had a great story to share. Her kindness to my dad had left an impression on my heart that I'll always be grateful for. She was a wonderful woman. May God give her eternal rest and your family the strength to bear this great pain. Donna & Bob
