Marion R. Lett (Pitcher) “Terry” 84 of West Dennis died at her home Monday September 30, 2019.

She was the loving wife of Arnold F. Lett for 67 years.

Born in Somerville, Terry was the daughter of the late Russell and Marion (Logan) Pitcher. She was a graduate of Somerville High School and a member of the Community Baptist Church. She moved to West Dennis in the mid to late 1960’s.

A Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, Terry was also a member of the Lions Club of Rehoboth Anawan.

Terry loved to shop and travel to places such as the Hawaiian Islands, Acapulco, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Paris, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean Islands, including Barbados, Aruba, and Curacao.

In addition to her husband, Terry is survived by a son, Arnold F. Lett, Jr. and his wife, Toni of South Dennis; three sisters, Gail Pacifico of Las Vegas, NV, Russellyne Robbins of Sudbury, and Marlene Smithers of Somerville; two grandchildren, Dustin and Felicia Lett; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents; Terry is predeceased by a son, Russell W. “Wesley” Lett, and a sister, Adrianne Gowen.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday October 5 in the West Dennis Community Church, 288 Main St., West Dennis 02670.

Visiting hours will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday October 4 in the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth, MA 02664.

Interment will be held at 11:15 a.m. Thursday October 10 in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. The procession will form at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
