Theodore M. Taylor, Jr.

Theodore M. Taylor, Jr., 90, of South Dennis, died Sunday, October 04, 2015, at the McCarthy Care Center. Theodore served as Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II, where he was First pilot of B-17 aircraft for training purposes in 3rd Air Force and trained 3 crews for overseas service. He worked as an engineer for Verizon Telephone Company for 40 years. He had a passion for racecars and airplanes. He never passed up an opportunity to try something new. Theodore is survived by his companion, Dolores Balfour; his children, Kandi Zarba, Kevin Taylor, Timothy Taylor, Michael Taylor, and D. Taylor Smith; and grandchildren, T. Mitchell Stillson, Jeremy Stillson, Samantha Taylor, Cassandra Taylor, and Mikey Taylor. The family would like to give a special thanks to Debbie Eccles for all the care and concern she showed for their father. Services will be private. Kevin, Kandi and family, Your Dad was a very special person to me and I will truly miss him. I am so sorry for your loss. Delores and Deb what can I say. I know he loved you both very much. Delores, Ted's world was completed when you became a part of it. He just loved you so much. I love you all. Ruthie
