Faith is a second generation funeral director at Hallett Funeral Home. She is a native Cape Codder, and attended Dennis and Yarmouth schools and graduated from Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.S. Faith took many accounting courses at Cape Cod Community College in Barnstable and in addition graduated from New England Institute of Funeral Directing and Embalming in Boston.

In 1969 she joined the staff of Hallett Funeral Home, then managed by her father, Norman A. Hallett. In 1977 upon his death, she and her sister took over management of Hallett Funeral Home.

Faith lives in Dennis, and has three children.
