Christine Ann (Corcoran) Dumont 64 of South Dennis died Saturday February 19, 2022 at the McCarthy Care Center in East Sandwich, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was the devoted companion of Brian Garbitt for 34 years.

Born in Barnstable and raised and educated in Provincetown, Chris was the daughter of the late James F. Corcoran and the late Patricia A. (Souza) Duffy.

Chris was a 1975 graduate of Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School. She was employed by the Stop and Shop corporation for many years. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching the Patriots, Celtics and Red Sox, as well as reading and doing puzzles.

In addition to her devoted companion, Chris is survived by her loving son, Scott Dumont; three sisters, Leslie McElhiney, Sandy Corcoran, and Donna Pierce; four nieces, Amanda Gracia, Aja McElhiney, Felicia Daly, and Anna Ramirez; and several great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be private.

I will never forget you old friend. Rest in peace.
