Paul A. McKenna 72 of Yarmouth Port died unexpectedly at his home Monday February 14, 2022, following a lengthy illness.
Paul received his Broadcasting Certificate from the Northeast Broadcasting School in 1969. His career on the Cape spanned twenty-five years in the music industry as a Radio Personality, twenty-two years at Comcast-Xfinity as a Community Relations and Administrative Assistant, and eight years in the Barnstable County Court System as an Associate Court Officer.
He is survived by his two brothers, Robert J. McKenna, Jr. and his wife, Claire of Brighton and East Falmouth, and Sean F. McKenna and his wife, Ann-Marie of Raymond, NH; his two sisters, Mary E. Paulk and Anne T. McKenna of Brighton; his godmother, Nancy Grew of Framingham; his nieces, Elizabeth Scott & Kimberlee Roselando; and family, and cousins.
Funeral services were private.
Paul’s family wishes to acknowledge their appreciation and gratitude to his neighbors, especially Ronny Svane, the Elder Services of Cape Cod & the Islands, the Yarmouth Senior Center for their care and delivery of compassionate and comprehensive home-community services.
