Marie “Connie” Fazio, 89, of Dennis, MA passed away peacefully on November 7, 2023. Born in Winchester, MA she was the daughter of Louis and Philomena Gorrasi.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Domenic Fazio and by her brother and sister Arthur and Ann. She is survived by her children Jay (Diane), Cheryl (Michael) and Mark (Sharon); her sister Jean; grandchildren Tricia, Emily (John), Frank (Emily), Bella, Michael, Molly and great-granddaughter Gemma.

Visitation will be at Hallet Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth on Saturday November 11, 2023 from 9:30am to 10:30am. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Chapel, Summer St., Yarmouthport. Interment will follow in Woodside Cemetery.
