Romaine M Welch, age 69, of Quincy, MA, passed away on December 5th in Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, MA.

Romaine was born in Boston to Joseph E Welch and Barbara E Welch(Willis) on June 9th. She went to Our Lady Help of Christians High school in Newton, MA and graduated in 1972. She worked in the liability insurance business for 40 years.

Romaine is survived by her sister, Mary Welch and brother Joseph Welch Jr. and his wife, Denise along with their children, Ryan and Meghan.

Funeral service will be private at the Hallett Funeral Home in South Yarmouth.
