John J. O’Keefe, Jr. 76, of South Dennis, died on September 22, 2025.

He was the son of John Joseph and Dorothy Mary O’Keefe. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his brother, Joseph B. O'Keefe. He is survived by his siblings, Michael D. O’Keefe, Anne M. Baensch and her husband Robert Baensch, and Stephen P. O’Keefe and his wife Stacy O'Keefe, as well as his two nieces Jamie Lynn Roguzac and Karly Lynn O’Keefe.

In accordance with his wishes, no service will be held. John will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
