Patricia “Pat” Helen Tafra, 90, of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully in her home, on October 11, 2025. Born in Montclair, New Jersey, to Helen and Joe Reilly, Pat was a gifted graphic artist who generously donated much of her talent. She will be remembered for her kindness, sweet smile, and caring heart.

She is survived by her stepdaughter, Lori Tafra, her two grandchildren, Kathryn and Jonathan, and her nephew, Kevin Huffman; she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Charles Tafra. Pat leaves behind many dear friends from her years on Cape Cod.

A memorial service will be held in the spring.
