Beverly Ann (Boutin) Deveau, 92 passed away peacefully on Saturday October 11, 2025. She was the devoted wife of the late Gene Deveau from 1955 until his passing in 1997.


Born in 1933 in Plymouth, MA she was the beloved daughter of the late Elmer and Margaret Boutin. She was raised in Plymouth and was a graduate of Plymouth High School class of 1951.


After moving to the Cape Beverly worked at New England Telephone and Mrs. Brown’s Answering Service before a 25-year career at Yarmouth Internists as the office manager until her retirement in 2004.


She moved back to Carver after retirement to be close to her siblings and then back to Dennis to be closer to her grandchildren in 2017.


Loving mother of her only child Terry and his wife Kathleen Deveau of Harwichport.


Beloved Grandmother to five Grandsons. Jamie and his wife Jessica Deveau of South Yarmouth, Lucas and his wife Liz Deveau of South Dennis, Drew Deveau of Watertown, Connor Deveau of Harwichport and Sean Deveau of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by her only granddaughter Karah Deveau of Harwichport.


Beverly was the sister of Linda (Boutin) Corsi of St. Michaels, MD and Dorris (Boutin) Stewart of Lampoc, Ca., also the late Betty Boutin, Robert Boutin, Harold Boutin, Phyllis (Boutin) Boylan, Catherine (Boutin) Crosscup, and Margaret (Boutin) Tong all of Plymouth and Kingston.


Beverly’s favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family. She loved watching her grandchildren play soccer and teaching her Granddaughter old recipes.


She also found great joy in spending most Holiday’s with her extended Foster and Zsiga families as well as her 20 Nieces and nephews and two great grandchildren. Especially her niece Janine Boutin who visited her every Thursday come rain or snow or shine.


Beverly’s family would also like to thank Post Acute Care of Brewster and Hospice of Cape Cod for all the care over the last year. The kindness of the staff and especially her nurses will not be forgotten.


Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday October 27, 2025, at 11:15am at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA where she will be buried with her beloved and much missed husband Gene Deveau. They will finally be together forever.
