Felix Torres, 50, of West Yarmouth passed away suddenly on November 17, 2025. Felix was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico to Iris Adorno and Felix Torres (Sr). Born on April 29, 1975, he grew up in Puerto Rico where he started many live-long friendships. He moved to the United States in the early 2000s where he met his wife, Teodora Dimitrova-Torres in 2006 and they got married in 2007. He became a father of two lovely children, Gabriela Torres, 17, and Max Anthony Torres, 10. He is also survived by his two brothers and two sisters.

Felix worked as a maintenance worker and supervisor for many years but kept going back to his original passion, cooking. It was his profession and his hobby, and he enjoyed sharing his food creations with family and friends. Felix was very proud of his Puerto Rican origin and loved telling stories about it. Wherever he went, his Spanish/Latin music was with him. Felix was always the heart of the crowd with his stories and jokes. He knew how to grab the attention with his unique style that made him known as “Elegante”. He touched many people with his generosity and readiness to help. His unexpected passing at such a young age left his family and friends heartbroken. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A visitation will be held in his honor on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA 02664. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the college fund for Gabriela and Max Torres.
