Colin C. Cummings III passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026, at Tewksbury Hospital. Born in Arlington, Virginia, to Colin C. Collins Jr. and the late Elaine Cummings. Growing up in Yarmouth, MA, Colin attended Yarmouth Schools. Colin was a 1983 graduate of Dennis – Yarmouth Regional High School. After high school, Colin joined the United Marine Corps to proudly serve his country.

Colin was a talented artist who enjoyed drawing. His talent and love of art led him to work as an architect. He enjoyed cooking, going to the beach and watch “M.A.S.H.”. Some of his favorite memories were of taking family trips to the Smoky Mountains and the time he and his family went to the Grand Old Opry, where he got to see Marty Robbins.

Colin leaves behind his father, Colin, and stepmother Janet; his son Sean, his sister Carolyn and husband Larry, his brother Sean, niece Kaylee, and nephew Kevin.

Celebration of Colin's life will be held at Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Avenue South, Yarmouth, on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 2 P.M. Visitation will be January 27, 2026 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. Private burial will take place at Fern Knoll Cemetery in Dallas, Pennsylvania.
