Barbara L. (Micucci) Valentini of Orleans, MA was promoted to heaven on June 3, 2026 at the age of 91. Barbara was the beloved wife of Matthew E. Valentini, Jr, to whom she was married for 67 years and mother of the late Matthew E. Valentini III who was promoted to heaven on February 11, 2025.
 
Barbara was a school secretary in Beverly, NJ  and worked in sales for Watsons Dept. Store in Orleans after moving to Cape Cod with her husband.  Barbara was also a scoutmaster.
 
In addition to her husband she is survived by cousins, Mary Jean and Bernie Kashmer, Bette Lee and Steve Ferree, Carol and Bill Griffin, Gail Perkins, Renee Cavaliere, Ralph Bantivoglio, Gabriella Bantivoglio, Isabella and friends, Rose & Jeff Wiggin and Gloria Grinius.
 
Interment in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, was private.
