Robert H. Taylor, 79, formerly of Dennis Port, MA, and recently residing in West Dennis, MA, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Robert was a kind and warm-hearted man who brought great joy to everyone who knew him. He was a passionate sports fan who spent countless hours cheering on the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox, and he was happiest when out fishing. Robert had a special love for animals and treasured the companionship of his dogs over the years, including Ollie and Maverick, as well as his beloved cat, Popeye.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alden R. Taylor and Helen B. Taylor, formerly of Dennis Port, MA; his twin brother, Alden Taylor, in 2019; and his brother-in-law, Stephen Allen, in 2020.

Robert is survived by his loving sisters, Dolores Soffer and her husband Isaac Soffer, and Joyce Allen. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their children, as well as close friends who will forever treasure his memory.

A private graveside ceremony will be held for the immediate family.
