South Yarmouth - Judith D. Conrad died November 5, 2026.

She was the wife of Ralph A. Conrad of South Yarmouth.

Born in Newton, Judy attended Newton schools and graduated from Newton High School. She trained and graduated from Albany Medical Center. After graduation, she worked as a nurse in California and then at Newton Wellesley Hospital.

After raising her two daughters she became involved in the Meals on Wheels program as a driver and later took on the role of Site Manager in Framingham.

After moving to the Cape, Judy became actively involved at Dennis Union Church in Dennis. She volunteered at the Yarmouth Food Pantry. Judy also enjoyed playing cards with the neighborhood ladies.

Judith leaves behind the love of her life, Ralph. They were married for 60 years. She leaves a daughter, Kimberly Donlon and her husband, Kevin of Littleton, MA; a daughter Leslie O’Leary and her husband Timothy of Shrewsbury, MA and four grandchildren: Ryan Donlon, Matthew Donlon, Kayla O’Leary, and Ashley O’Leary.

Visiting hours with be at Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave. in South Yarmouth from 2-4 on Sunday, November 8, 2026. Burial will be private.
