Eric Ryan Cifelli, 55, of South Dennis, MA passed away on November 25, 2023 from extensive medical issues.  Eric is survived by his wife of 29 years, Adela (Vidal) Cifelli, who he met in Sicily.  He was the loving father of two sons, Zechariah and Christopher and brother to Tracy Cifelli.
 
Eric was born in Hyannis, MA the son of the late Richard and Kathleen (McBride) Cifelli. 
 
Following high school Eric joined the U.S .Navy on December 7  and proudly served his country.  He worked at the Naval District Washington and met Navy Seal Richard Marcinko and Montel Williams. He proudly worked for the commandant of the Navy.  He was deployed to Puerto Rico, Sicily, Iceland and went to Nimes, France.
 
Eric’s sense of humor was  one of a kind and he voiced his opinions and stood by his beliefs. He was passionate about brewing beer, making wine, grilling large cuts of meat and making pizza.  In addition he was a Doctor Doolittle, feeding racoons, opossums, flying squirrels and cats who adopted him.
 
He was a member of the American Legion, VFW and DAV.
 
Friends and relatives are invited to call at the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth, MA on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 10 a.m. – 12 noon.  A graveside service will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 1:45 P.M.
